Mr. Taylor spent the majority of his career in the oil and gas industry, where he developed deep expertise in technical systems and data-driven decision-making. He also taught software applications used in exploration and production, helping professionals effectively utilize complex programs to locate and analyze oil and gas reserves.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics and Physics from Utah State University. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked extensively in Texas and internationally, gaining valuable experience across diverse cultures and operational environments. He currently resides in Utah.
His background in science, technology, and international business informs his commitment to innovation, precision, and excellence in education. As CEO, Mr. Taylor supports AIOA’s mission of providing high-quality, personalized online learning to students worldwide.

Tracy Hendrickson is located in Petersboro, UT, and is the founder and head of school for AIOA. With more than 20 years of experience in K-12 online learning, Tracy has dedicated her career to creating flexible educational opportunities that help students thrive academically and personally.
She holds a Master of Education in Leadership from Adams State University, a Bachelor of Science in Info Tech from the University of Phoenix, and an Instructional Design Certificate from Weber State University. Throughout her career, Tracy has served as an Academic Director, Principal, Technology Director, teacher, and curriculum developer. She has deep expertise in learning management systems, differentiated instruction, curriculum design, and in building programs that support a wide range of learners, including students who benefit from more personalized or non-traditional learning environments.
Tracy is passionate about helping students develop strong academic foundations while also building confidence, independence, and a love of learning. She believes that every student deserves access to excellent education tailored to their individual needs, goals, and pace.
Under her leadership, AIOA continues to grow as a supportive, accredited online school focused on academic excellence, meaningful student connections, and preparing students for future success.
